To start with I had financial troubles in 2016 resulting in a part 9 debt agreement. Never would I imagine that I could secure a loan 5 years on from this event, but I did and I'm thankful for this help Conor has provided to secure a future of freedom and getting back into the mortage game. While there were hoops and hurdles we took it step by step to draft a plan of attack to put forward a loan application with one of the many lenders available. Not only did we succeed in gaining approvals Conor also got me a fairly honest interest rate in the 3% range. Even with the part 9. If you believe you can, Conor will do. Outstanding work. Outstanding resolution, financial freedom has been gained from this and moving forward will open up more lenders able to offer more if needed. I had broker after broker telling me I'm dreaming if I was accepted for a loan. Not Conor. Well Done will see you again in the future.
